Midterm-completed

So for my midterm, my project came out slightly how I pictured it but there were mild issues. My coding looks correct to me and Eric has looked over it as well. I think the sensor may be detecting the breadboard or wires from the breadboard.

I spent a lot of time on the construction of the burlap man, as well as the coding the piece and playing with distances. The overall code ending up looking as shown above.

Here is the early version of the man I made:

He came across creepier than expected so after this, I edited his eyes so they weren’t so narrowed. I added a flower crown after as well. I wanted him to look inviting, and upon approach at a close distance be a loud beeping anxious mess.

I will upload another photo at 2pm when I get to my studio, I dont have a recent one where I finished off last night. I made a stand for the detector to hide it a little more, and I’m proud how it came out despite what might be sensor issues.
